The Constitution and By-Laws Committee is in the process of reviewing and updating our Constitution and By-Laws and would appreciate your comments and recommendations.

Quorum is now 20% of voting membership of record Chairs are now Directors Officers of the Church are now identified as President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer to be registered with the Arizona Corporate Commission Remaining Directors and Pastor make up the Board Two new positions Vice President and Family Life Ministries Staggered terms for Directors Executive Session process Nominating Committee will be appointed in January.
