Use our new giving platform to update your recurring gift.

Cancel your recurring gift on our old platform, Givecloud

If you have a recurring gift on Givecloud, please log in to your account and follow the steps below to cancel it.

    Click on My Account at the top right of the page in the black bar. Log in to Your GiveCloud Portal.

    Type in your email and select Use a Password. If you forgot your password, don’t worry! Just click “send me a log in link” and follow the prompts to reset.

    Find Your “My Recurring Plans” click on My Recurring Payment.

    Click Cancel My Payment FOREVER. Be sure to choose the “Cancel My Payment Forever Option – it is the bottom choice.

    You must answer the other remaining questions before Givecloud will let you save your cancellation.

    Givecloud will ask if you are sure, and you just click “Yes” to confirm.
